While we hope to soon go global, War-Supps™ currently sells and ships quality supplements throughout the Continental United States and Canada. All prices are in USD.

Can’t wait to try War-Supps™. How long will it be until I receive my shipment?

A good workout waits for no one, and that is why we provide rapid shipping. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time you hit “purchase”. From there, our average shipping times are three-to-seven days. 

A day or two after your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. If after three days you still haven’t heard from us, hit us up at info@warsupps.com.

Something is wrong. What’s your return policy?

We are certain you are going to love our product. But if there is an issue – or if you are just generally dissatisfied for any reason – we will issue a full refund. No questions asked if the product is defective, and we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are issued when we receive back the product. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include your name and order number on or near the shipment label.

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Quitting isn’t a sign of weakness. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so with no penalty. Just be sure to back out before the order gets sent your way, or you are on the hook for return shipment costs.

Yikes! I mistakenly entered incorrect shipping info. Help?

Deep breaths. The world is still spinning. If you enter something incorrectly and notice it after the fact, we’ve got you covered. Just shoot a quick reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt, and we will update whatever we need to.

My question isn’t answered on this page. What do I do?

No problem. When in doubt, give info@warsupps.com a shout. We are quick to respond and familiar with most any problem or concern you are facing. Chances are, whatever’s got you worried is something with dealt with a hundred times before. Hit us up with your question and leave the heavy lifting to us.
